Camden Council adopted the Camden Children and Families Strategy in late 2018. This Strategy is a plan of action to support the wellbeing of Camden's youngest residents, children aged between 0 and 12 years, and families. The plan is in place until 2021.
It has been developed in collaboration with the community and industry experts and aims to achieve the goal "Camden Local Government Area is a place where all children receive a safe, heatlhy and happy start in life, are actively connected and have a voice in their community."
Part of the Camden Children and Families Strategy includes updating the Camden Kids website and making it more family and child friendly.
