Family Yoga Session - Families Week 2026

Lead by Power of Yoga and Prana Kids Yoga, join us for a fun relaxing and engaging Yoga and Mindfulness session designed for the whole family to enjoy! This session is an opportunity for families to connect, unwind and build healthy habits together. Through playful yoga and mindfulness techniques, children and their parents/carers will explore ways to connect and enjoy gentle movement in a calm and inclusive environment. 

Ideal for families with children aged 3-15 years, accompanied by their parent/carer.
